The Royal Floridian had me feasting on some of the best local eats around! I couldn't get enough of the amazing breakfast at Peach Valley Cafe and their scrumptious toast! Also, every morning, I'd enjoy watching the surf from my balcony in the lovely One-Bedroom Villa. Easy beach access? Yes, please!

Checking out felt like a race against the clock, with staff giving me a hard time for being just 30 minutes late. Plus, when I checked in, I had to dodge puddles from a leaky toilet in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic, right on the beach. I loved the oceanfront view from my room's generous balcony. The tiki bar provided a great atmosphere, and the staff there were super friendly. I enjoyed several activities like mini golf and bingo, which kept things fun. The amenities like the heated pool were nice, but it could have been warmer. The two-bedroom villa was spacious and had a full kitchen, which was perfect for our family stay. However, the beds were springy and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The ice maker barely worked, only producing a small cup of ice every few hours, which was frustrating during our stay. Some staff members were very helpful, but I encountered a rude front desk staff when I requested a late checkout during bad weather, which was disappointing. Overall, the resort had many positives, but improvements in room comfort and staff attitude would enhance the experience significantly.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers free parking, beach access, and a jacuzzi. The staff were amazing. They helped me return my forgotten earpods during my first stay. I can't wait to come back for Easter!

We spent eight lovely nights at a premium studio. The oceanfront view exceeded our expectations! Remember to check out Lulu's for delicious wings—you can't miss the free appetizer deal. The pool area offers great relaxation, and the mini-golf was a fun surprise for us!

Beachfront Bliss!

The view from our 2-bedroom place was killer, totally oceanfront. There’s a nice pool, although we didn’t get to swim 'cause of work and some rain. The room was clean and had all the basics. One thing tho, the soundproofing is weak – you can hear everything outside.

This summer holiday exceeded my expectations after my previous stay in ormond beach. The beachfront views were amazing, and the room was impeccably clean. I really appreciated the ease of beach access and the spacious pool area that added to our relaxing experience at the resort.

Housekeeping services could use improvement for longer stays.

We had such a fun time with the kids, especially enjoying the heated pool and making use of the BBQ facilities by the beach. The indoor pool was a great place to relax too, while we watched the kids play in the outdoor area. The only bummer was that the master bathroom felt a bit cramped, but we really loved our stay overall! 😊
